We partner with “Delhivery” to handle all shipping and delivery of our products across India, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
At Menorca, we are pleased to offer free shipping on select orders, depending on the product volume. The eligibility for free shipping is determined based on the size and weight of the items in your order. The specific criteria will be applied automatically at checkout, and any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed.

We are excited about the global interest in Menorca products and are working towards offering international shipping in the near future. For now, we are focused on delivering within India, but we invite our international customers to stay tuned for updates. If you’re outside India and would like to purchase our products, please contact us at info@menorca.co.in, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow few hours for the tracking information to update.
- You can track your order on the “Delhivery” website as well by visiting https://www.delhivery.com/tracking or contact their customer service for assistance if required.
- Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery through Delhivery tracking system. Please allow few hours for the tracking information to update.
Delhivery will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times if you are not available during the initial delivery attempt. After the final attempt, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you for further instructions.
In cases where a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information, refusal to accept the package, or other reasons, the package will be returned to us. We will reach out to you to confirm the shipping details and arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@menorca.co.in with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
