Refund and Returns Policy

At “Menorca”, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@menorca.co.in with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share the necessary instructions and schedule a pickup through our trusted delivery partner.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original condition using secure packaging. Please note, returns that are received damaged due to improper packing may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

At Menorca, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will be processed, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@menorca.co.in with your order number and cancellation request.
  • Before Dispatch: If your order is canceled before it has been dispatched, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. In this case, you may refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to return the product once it has been delivered.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as outlined under the “How to Initiate a Return” section. Once the returned item is received, we will send out the replacement. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@menorca.co.in with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
